Endorser

An agreement containing the provision of power to others who accepted to implements something in the name of the person who gave the power.

The authorization is devided into 2 (two) types :

1.      General power of  letter.

Empowerment ,which included implementation of all the interest of the authorizing

2.      Special power of  letter.

Authorization which only includes the execution of one/more particular interest of the authorizing.
